New Directions Weekend Workshop
To register for an upcoming workshop there is some paperwork to handle. We’ll try to work with you on any administrative details to do what we can to help you experience the awesome power of the ND weekend.

Course Paperwork
1. The Course Information Sheet. A questionnaire that tells the instructors a little about who you are and what you want out of the class. The paperwork is available as a printable Adobe document (.pdf) here, (print it, fill it out and mail or fax it to us – addresses provided on the form).
2. The Course Agreement for you to sign (and a parent, if under 18).
This limits our liability, and confirms that you know that this is not therapy nor a substitute for therapy. We ask that you agree not to take any non-prescription drugs or alcohol within 24 hours of each session, and gives the course dates and times.

As a workshop attendee you will receive the following:
